Gorilla Mind Rush Review: My Experience

Gorilla Mind Rush Bottle

Supplements get sent to my office all the time, because I write a lot about the topic of nootropics and other supplements targeting brain health. I became introduced to Gorilla Mind Rush a totally different manner… It was a word-of-mouth suggestion. It was a fellow marketer friend who brought it up. He shared his experience with his audience, and I had to give it a shot.

A few things stuck out to me which is why I decided to give this supplement a shot. I think that by the time you finish reading about my experience, you’ll have enough information to decide whether or not you think that Gorilla Mind Rush is for you or not.

I’ll be right up front and say: Gorilla Mind Rush isn’t for everyone.

You read that correctly. While I receive commissions for each sale I generate through my blog, I also want to make sure that you’re buying supplements that will actually help you.

I write this blog for fun, but I want to make sure it’s a good resource for the people who come through here. Trust me, there are much easier and more lucrative ways to monetize a blog!

Nootropic Supplement Overview

Let’s take a look at what Gorilla Mind Rush says it’s going to help you with. First, it says that it’ll help with “intense focus, prevents distractions, and increases productivity.” As someone who’s struggled with ADHD my entire life, those are 3 things I can use help with, so they caught my attention there.

Now, a lot of nootropics make big claims, but their ingredients list tells the real truth.

Here are the ingredients included in each dose of Gorilla Mind Rush:

  • Gorilla Mind Cognition Complex made up of
  • Rush Energy & Focus Matrix that includes
    • L-Tyrosine
    • 2-Amniosheptane
    • Caffeine Anhydrous
    • DiCaffeine Malate
    • Nelumbo Nucifera
  • Gorilla Mind Absorption Catalyst
    • Black Pepper Fruit Extract

Do those ingredients look familiar to you? They definitely look familiar to me, because I’ve written about them on this blog! Take a look at the blog posts that discuss those individual ingredients to learn more about them.

Since the ingredients look legit, I felt good about this nootropic being able to make an impact on my ADHD-filled brain.

How to Take Gorilla Mind Rush

Each serving size of this supplement is 3-6 capsules, with 90 total capsules included in each bottle. Note: Each bottle is not intended to be a full month’s supply. The suggested use is that you take 3-6 capsules in the morning or throughout the day, “preferably on an empty stomach.”

Be sure to drink lots of water when you take any supplement, especially a nootropic supplement.

One of the reasons why hydration is important is because your brain uses a tremendous amount of energy to work on a daily basis. Often times, we experience fatigue or brain fog as a result of lack of hydration. In other words, water is one of the best nootropics you can take!

Does Gorilla Mind Rush Really Work?

I kept low expectations, because I’ve been disappointed by nootropic supplements many times.

I’m happy to say that this was not the case with Gorilla Mind Rush. Roughly 45 minutes after taking my initial dose of 3 capsules, I started to notice an improvement in focus. What does an improvement in focus look like to me? I start working on a task and stick with it all the way until completion.

Normally, when I’m distracted, I’ll start working on a task and then will bounce to another… Then another… Before coming back and finishing my original task.

I noticed that after taking my initial dose of this supplement I focused a hell of a lot more than I previously did. I managed to actually get through a few items on my to-do list in a row, without getting distracted… Truly an accomplishment.

So, after Day One, I could confidently say: Gorilla Mind Rush WORKS. The only question was, “How well will it continue to work?”

I decided to keep taking it in the morning, just before breakfast. I found that the morning is my favorite time to complete deep work, things like writing blog posts (like this one), sending off emails to my list, as well as other complex things like writing out courses and other consulting work I do for clients.

After Week One, I found that I didn’t have to use Adderall. Now, listen carefully: I’m not suggesting that you stop taking medication you’ve been prescribed. I am prescribed a low dosage of Adderall by my primary care physician, and have used it on an “as-needed basis.” One of the reasons I began this blog in the first place, was to try to find an alternative to taking Adderall. Nothing will work as well as a pharmacological chemical compound, but things can come close to it. If there’s been something that I’ve seen that’s been close to an alternative to Adderall, Gorilla Mind Rush is damn near close.

Are There Any Side Effects?

The reason I really like this supplement is because I don’t get jittery when I take it.

One of the side effects I’ve noticed with many nootropic supplements is that they make you feel good for a short while, but after your body metabolizes all of the caffeine, it’s just too much.

Bad nootropics rely heavily on caffeine because it’s the most likely to get your brain “on fire,” but the downside is the brutal crash you can experience. Worse yet, if you like a cup of coffee in the morning like I do, you end up overdosing on caffeine – a terrible feeling.

So, the only side effects I noticed were the following:

  • I launched a new blog by posting up 6 articles I had procrastinated on doing.
  • Finished up a new ebook that I needed to get going as a lead magnet for one of my other projects.
  • Worked out consistently for 2 1/2 weeks. (I would have gone longer, but was sidelined with a concussion for a week… Don’t ask how it happened.)
  • I successfully organized my office and the huge pile of paperwork that was staring at me the last 6 weeks.

It was quite the productive time period. Needless to say, I’m a true believer in Gorilla Mind Rush!

The No B.S. Truth About Taking Gorilla Mind Rush Or Any Nootropic Supplement

Look, I know a lot of you will read this and say, “Oh great, it worked for her – I’m going to take this and it’ll solve all of my problems!”

That’s not true.

While taking this nootropic will help get your brain firing on all cylinders, you’re still going to have to get some work done. One of the major problems I see with doctors who just medicate their patients is that their patients have no tools for success.

What good is it to give your patient Adderall if that patient has no idea what to do when they’re on it?

You’ve got to get systems in place to make sure you actually get things done. What good will it be to focus if you’re going to spend all your time focused on Reddit or Twitter?

Establish a plan, create a serious task list, prioritize it, then get to work.

If you don’t at least do those things, you’re not going to be able to succeed regardless of WHAT you end up taking.

So, if you’re ready to get started, fire up Evernote or whatever you use to collect your thoughts, begin to prioritize your to-do list, take your 3-6 capsules (start at 2 and work your way up…) then get cranking.

Let me know how it works for you in the comments below!
